The experience

Our workshop schedule combines a variety of practices: from dance, gymnastics, boxing, twerking, pole and strut to encourage and embolden you to move, to shift, to grow into a well balanced lifestyle.

 

Along side our daily Yoga and Mediation sessions we host tasters of sassy new ways of owning your body, pushing her to new limits and building confidence through new learnings, in a safe and supportive luxury environment.

The primary workshops are Surf, Skate and Ramp as seen below.

Learn to Surf

All levels welcome. 

Learn correct technique, how to stand/pop up and if you have already surfed previously you will improve exponentially with our  experienced local surf team.

Roller Skate
Dance

Rollerskating is trending big time, from the spike during Covid it shows no sign of slowing down. With the launch of Flippers RollerBoogie Palace  in London and New York City we are even more obsessed with skate culture! 

Our skate workshops are perfect for all levels. You will learn dance choreography shaped for beginners to advance students. You will also get tips to drill your favourite skate moves, or learn those you have yet to conquer. Regardless you will never have so much fun learning something new as you will what us here by the sea in sunny Portugal

Ramp Skate &
Skate Park Tour

Have you ever wanted to fly through the air like a bird?

Learn transitions in the skate park from beg beginner pumping, to slides and fakies.

This workshop is for complete beginner to intermediate, with Adv students able to play in the park at their leisure.

Daily Yoga &
Wellness Practices

Yoga is the perfect companion for a surfing & Rollerskating and a daily component of this week long adventure. We stretch to activate the body and prevent injuries.

Other practices including breath work, meditation by the sea , swimming and sound bowl therapy.

Movement & Mental Health

Our health is wealth philosophy is built on top of functional training, incorporating new & sticky aspects: like play, community, and natural movements, such as grounding. It's also about a path rather than a goal: it's about self-exploration, self-expression, and constant learning, about all aspects of movement from all disciplines.

A final note: studies show that there is a link between movement and mental health.

Our playful movement gatherings will have you sleeping better, feeling happier and less stressed by the end of the week.
