You should follow the series 1-4 along to progress to more advanced off floor moves. Each series we will advance to another level in the series preparing you for solo training or certification. This is the 3rd workshop in the foundations series and it will be a review of the moves learned and then added to a choreography we perform and film. Next up would be Level 2 foundations and proceeds as 3 part as well.
