Join us for this 4 part yoga for skaters series focus on strengthening and restoring those skate muscles deep in the pelvic girdle.
We will address different areas of the body each with (with reference to connectivity to medial and lateral planes - culminating in our one of a kind Skate Flex masterclass, including anatonmical referencing, muscle used in beginner skate moves and how to avoid strain to prolong your skate life!
