Skate Flex Masterclass is a 2-hour anatomy-based flexibility & mobility workshop, specifically designed for Roller-skaters & Roller Bladers. We safely focus on the deep internal structure of the body as it pertains to strength and stability in skating. There are 6 specific areas related to standing, forward movement, balance, weight bearing, turning, extension and flexion in the lower half however we will also cover supporting muscle groups across the body.
All masterclass attendees receive a short lecture on skate anatomy as well a Q&A at the end of this skate flex style yoga class. This is an all-level workshop.
