Join us for our always sold out beginner roller pole workshop! No previous experience required, we will not invert. A mix of spinning pole and pole dance basics creating a fun dance workshop!
Roller Pole was created by Kylie J Pole Artist, in Australia and its taking the pole and skate world by storm! Think rollerskating, dancing, prancing while making gorgeous shapes and flow on the pole. We spend time conditioning and warming up the body before taking to the pole. From there you will learn beginner moves musicality and transitions and end with a sassy choreo.
Come prepared to laugh.. a LOT - to work up a little sweat, feel good in your own skin as you learn a new style of movement. Trust me you will immediately be hooked!
