Shipping Policy

  • We ship via Royal Mail services using standard delivery in the UK and UPS for international.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen deliveries nor are we responsible for packages delayed by the carrier

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, then the cost of redelivery is the buyer's responsibility

  • We suggest you always pay for tracked and/or signed to avoid loss of product.

  • Orders received after 4pm will be process the following business day.

  • FREE shipping in the UK for orders over £100

  • All packages are shipped 1st class, next day delivery

  • All packages are shipped international standard, 3-5 business days

United States (zone 3)

  • All orders are shipped Worldwide Standard, 6-7 business days

 

Australia (zone 2)

  • All orders are shipped Worldwide Standard, 6-7 business days

COVID UPDATE

  • For speed and efficiency, we suggest tracked parcel for all US and AUS order if you are in a hurry. 

  • Large letter or bulk orders would benefit from tracked and signed
