Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love your Skater Booty products as much as we loved creating them for you. However, if it's not quite right, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 14 days for an exchange or credit note.

When trying on our pieces, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, deodorant or creams that may leave a scent or any marks on the items to be returned/exchanged. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there's evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt, but you will be responsible for cost of shipping.

All returns within the United Kingdom are free and refundable as long s unworn and undamaged.
Please email returns@skaterbooty.com with your tacking number and original order number.
Refunds take 5-7 days to process from receipt of product.

International Returns are free up to the amount paid for the initial purchase, however all exchange shipments costs will be at your expense.
Your legal rights When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
