Want skate moves like StormSkater?
Do you want to be real skater?
Well you have to put in the work to build strength, stamina and confidence. You will need to build up and tone muscles you didn't even know existed. You need more than just flexibility but also mobility.
Join me on the mat as I take you through specific yoga sequences to amp up your skate flow. Backward speed skate? Shoot the duck? Crazy Legs? Grapevine? Splits? Spins? Dips? Coffins and so much more. Practice specific yoga sequences to improve & support all your skate dance moves.
The 4 week series covers; all relevant muscle groups, both dynamics stretches and mobility and increase heart & lung capacity. Don't wait get started building your SKATER BOOTY TODAY!

You can drop in or take the full shebang.
First session was a free to members taster available on demand for members. The following 4 sessions are sold in bulk @£30 for members and £35 for non-members, as they level up each week and it's important to commit, if you cannot make the live you can watch the demand. As these are online group workshops the prices are much lower, so take advantage!
