About the event
Want skate moves like StormSkater? Do you want to be real skater? Well you have to put in the work to build strength, stamina and confidence. You will need to build up and tone muscles you didnt even know existed. You need more than just flexibility but also mobility.
Join me on the mat as I take you through specific yoga sequences to amp up your skate flow. Backward speed skate? Shoot the duck? Crazy Legs? Grapevine? Splits? Spins? Dips? Coffins and so much more. Practice specific yoga sequences to improve & support all your skate dance moves.
This 5 week series covers; all relevant muscle groups, both dynamics stretches and mobility and increase heart & lung capacity. Don't wait get started building your SKATER BOOTY TODAY!
The series will also be available on demand after the event.
You can drop in or take the full shabang.
First session is a taster and free for all members otherwise £8.75 a head. The following 4 sessions are sold in bulk @£35 in total, as they level up each week and its important to commit, if you cannot make the live you can watch the demand. As this is online and in group the prices are much lower, so take advantage!
