Winter hydration is pretty overlooked, but did you know that colder months can be just as dehydrating as summer? No? Let me tell you about it.


Here’s why it matters…

Becoming more intentional and paying specific attention to my skin's challenges and changes accompanying age as well as season, I began looking for ways to improve my self care routine, inside and out.
