Okay, real talk. For me spa isn’t some fancy extra, it’s a practice.

A rhythm. A return. A reset.


In a world that claps for burnout and calls it ambition, spa time is where we clap back by slowing everything down, let the nervous system breathe, and actually take care of the body we live in. Whether you dance, skate, surf, weight train, travel, or you’re just doing life at full speed, consistent wellness rituals are what keep you feeling strong, supple, and still like yourself.

  • Your favourite body scrub (after heat, before rinse)

  • A big water bottle or electrolytes
